El Agave Reposado combines both cooked and raw agave in the fermenting process, offering a brilliant yellow straw hue with golden reflections of medium intensity. Although reposados are typically aged for 2 months, ours is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, in small handmade batches that produce a mellow taste and a pleasant and expressive bouquet.
