Sugarlands launches Piña Colada-flavoured moonshine

East Tennessee-based Sugarlands Distilling Company has launched a Piña Colada-flavoured moonshine to capture summer drinking occasions.

The expression combines the flavours of fresh pineapple and coconut milk, resulting in a "smooth, crisp, and sweet" moonshine bottled at 35% abv. According to Sugarlands, it is best enjoyed over ice, "on an island, or on your front porch". The variant is the latest addition to Sugarlands' range of unusual flavoured moonshine expressions, including Blueberry Muffin and Peanut Butter and Jelly. The new Piña Colada edition is available from the distillery in downtown Gatlinburg. In January, Sugarlands launched Mark & Digger’s Hazelnut Rum in collaboration with the distilling duo from Discovery Channel show, Moonshiners.
