STAMFORD, CT. April 7, 2014: In a joint statement, Serrallés USA and Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur today announce a long-term, co-operating U.S. sales and marketing partnership. The addition of Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur further broadens Serrallés USA’s versatile portfolio of cutting-edge “craft-first” brand lines for distinct audiences.

Serrallés USA’s products include its flagship brand, Don Q, Caliche Rum, Palo Viejo, Death’s Door Spirits, Wondermint and Kringle Cream Liqueur. The partnership with Barrow’s Intense provides a broader vehicle for distribution through the well-respected and diverse Serrallés USA sales and marketing team.

Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur is handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY and uses more than 200lbs of fresh ginger per batch with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Its distillation process is unique to the ginger category in that it ONLY contains four ingredients: ginger, sugar, cane spirit and filtered water. At 44 Proof, Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur offers a distinct ginger expression, perfect for the creative cocktail culture as well as simply enjoyed on its own. Gluten Free and Kosher Certified allows for broad consumer appeal.

The rollout will be phased through April and May with primary focus on the Northeast Markets and will be available through Southern Wine & Spirits in NY, Fedway in NJ, Brescome Barton, Inc. in CT, as well as M.S. Walker in MA and NH this spring. This will be followed by RI, PA, DC & MD later in 2014, with national distribution in 2015. Available in 750ml and 375ml sizes. Suggested retail price of $31.99 for a 750ml, and $19.99 for a 375 ml.
