Peerless Distilling bottles 15 single barrel whiskeys

Kentucky-based Peerless Distilling Company has unveiled its Peerless Dimensions series, a collection of 15 single barrel whiskeys.

Peerless head distiller Caleb Kilburn selected 15 barrels of aged whiskey due to their “complex and distinct flavour profiles”. Each barrel produced just 216 bottles of whiskey, and each bottle has been finished with a custom label design. Every expression in the Peerless Dimensions series was created to give retailers and bars the opportunity to offer a variety of single barrel selections by the case, instead of by the barrel. The 15-strong range includes Cherries Jubilee, which is said to have notes of chocolate and a cocktail cherry taste; Cinnamon Crumble, described as having a cinnamon-spiced-chocolate character; and Hey Bartender, which has notes of candied oaks and an earthy character of leather and oak spices. Whiskeys in the Peerless Dimensions series will be released annually for retailers and will be available on a first come, first served basis.
