Edinburgh Gin reveals new full-strength flavours

Ian Macleod Distillers has unveiled two new full-strength flavours for Edinburgh Gin: Gooseberry and Elderflower, and Raspberry.

Edinburgh Gin Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin is said to be “tangy” with flavours of tart gooseberries and sweet elderflower to complement the juniper-forward London Dry gin base. Edinburgh Gin Raspberry Gin is a full-strength iteration of the brand’s raspberry gin liqueur. It is distilled with five traditional gin botanicals, along with fresh raspberries and raspberry leaves. Both expressions have been bottled at 40% ABV and will retail for RRP £28 (US$37) per 700ml. The raspberry-flavoured gin is available in the UK from today (9 March), while the gooseberry and elderflower expression will go on sale from 13 March.
