Italian liqueur brand Disaronno has launched the latest limited edition in its line of fashion-inspired bottles, featuring a design by Missoni.

Marking the fifth fashion-inspired release from Disaronno, the bottling will be unveiled at TFWA World Exhibition & Conference in Cannes next week. The special edition features a colourful zig zag design from Italian fashion house Missoni. It will be available in travel retail channels. In addition, Disaronno will launch six limited edition mini bottles, available in packs of three. “All the Disaronno icon bottles have proved phenomenally successful in travel retail and we’re confident that the new Missoni version will be equally well received,” said Domenico Toni, international sales director at brand owner Illva Saronno. “We’ve secured some key airport listings already, particularly in the USA – including JFK, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Newark, Orlando, and Fort Lauderdale – as well as numerous cruise and ferry lines including the Navi Costa and P&O Ferries.” The Disaronno Missoni bottle follows the launch of last year’s fashion edition featuring a design by Etro. Other previous designs include Moschino, Versace and Cavalli. The project continues to support the charity Fashion for Development, sponsored by the United Nations, and part of the proceeds from this year’s edition will be donated to humanitarian efforts in Africa.
