1/4 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura bitters
1 orange wheel
Italian preserved cherry
Pour whiskey, syrup, and bitters into cracked ice-filled old-fashioned glass and stir. Garnish with orange and cherry. Serve in an Old-Fashioned Glass.
