Beefeater Pink Gin GLT

Ingredient List

5 parts Beefeater 24
1.5 (15ml) parts fresh lemon juice
1 (10ml) part Earl Grey tea syrup
10-12.5 parts tonic of preference Ice (cubed or hand-chipped)
Garnish with lemon wheel

How-To Mix

Add gin, lemon juice, and syrup to glass and mix well, then halffill
the glass with tonic. Now carefully fill the glass with as much ice as will fit into the glass. This is vital to keep the drink as cold as possible and to avoid the ice melting into the drink. Gently stir in a little more tonic if required and garnish with a fine wheel of lemon.
