This unique spirit has been impossibly crafted to capture the essence of a historically made Absinthe with flavors that are distinct and contemporary. Lyre's spirits don't just mimic, they have their own distinction as a premium, non-alcoholic beverage.
To Taste: Anise and aromatic to taste. Fresh. Distinct flavors of verbena, anise, fine herbs with a touch of sweetness to give it balance and length. No examples of hallucinogenic symptoms.
How To Enjoy: As a classic cocktail rinse. A more refreshing option uses Absinthe and soda for a perfect aperitif adding a wedge of lemon, basil or even cucumber slice.
