Nose: Clear with medium body. Clean agave aroma with hints of pepper and herbs.
Palate: Pepper and agave up front, with hints of herb and olive. Spicy without heat, evolving sweet citrus body with distinct agave flavors.
Finish: Smooth, balanced finish with citrus, mint and a spice.
