Berry Bros & Rudd has launched its No.3 London Dry Gin in a new 500ml bottle across the UK and Europe.The new bottle comes in the same hexagonal design as the 700ml format. Berry Bros & Rudd unveiled a new bottle design for No.3 Gin, along with a new campaign, titled The Art of Perfection, in 2019. The new bottle was designed by Stranger & Stranger. The family-owned firm decided to release the new 500ml size to meet consumer demand for a smaller bottle due to changes in consumption habits. Harriet Chandler, global brand manager for No.3 Gin, said: “As consumers are drinking less but better it presents a perfect opportunity for them to trade up at less of a risk. “We have also seen a surge in hosting at home due to the pandemic and the new format presents a perfect size for gifting, or bringing to a picnic.” The hexagonal bottle shape reflects each of the six botanicals in the No.3 recipe. The No.3 London Dry Gin 500ml bottle is available to purchase at La Maison Du Whisky in France and Berry Bros & Rudd Brands in the UK. It is priced at RRP £30 (US$42) per 500ml bottle. Berry Bros & Rudd experienced double-digit growth worldwide for No.3 London Dry Gin in 2020.
